Healthwatch Croydon, managed by Public Voice, is proud to announce it has achieved the Committed to Quality marque after successfully completing Healthwatch England’s Quality Framework process. This achievement reflects their dedication to delivering high-quality services on behalf of Croydon residents and ensuring that quality remains at the core of everything we do.
As part of this achievement, they have developed a detailed 12-month action plan aimed at further enhancing our services. The plan outlines responsibilities shared across the board, staff team Public Voice.
The Quality Framework is a structured approach used by Healthwatch England to assess and support local Healthwatch organisations. It consists of six domains that cover the essential components of a high-performing Healthwatch:

- Engagement, Involvement and Reach
- Influence and Impact
