On Thursday 5 June, Haringey Advice Partnership, in collaboration with Haringey Works, Twining Hestia, and The Shaw Trust Work Well Programme, delivered a Wellbeing and Employment event at Marcus Garvey Library.
The event offered a welcoming space for local residents to connect with a range of support services, with an aim to provide an informal setting where attendees could learn about managing employment with health conditions, boosting wellbeing, and improving financial resilience.
Residents had the opportunity to speak one-on-one with service providers and access tailored advice on job searching, CV writing, interview preparation, mental health disclosure, and in-work support. Our Haringey Advice Partnership team also provided guidance on benefits, grants, energy support, and debt advice.
